Job description

  • Provide customers with a hospitable experience while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Assist customers in and out of wheelchairs (as needed)
  • Responsible for safely transporting passengers throughout airport locations (as requested)
  • Provide passengers with general information or directions
  • Offer exceptional customer service when interacting with passengers, staff, or general public
  • Coordinate with dispatch and airport gate agents for assignments or information regarding airline passengers whom require a Passenger Assistant
  • Comply with all Transportation Security Administration (TSA) checkpoint screening requirements and processes
  • Complete incident reports for accidents and out of the ordinary events occurring when assisting or transporting passengers
  • Update and maintain wheelchair logs to track trips
  • Perform other duties as required
